Research and Development Analytics Institute (RDAI) is a research and development analytics think tank transforming evidence and data into practical insights for better policy and inclusive development. Dedicated to bridging the gap between evidence and practice, RDAI generates credible evidence and translates complex development challenges into actionable insights that support better policies, stronger institutions, and more inclusive and resilient communities.
RDAI brings together multidisciplinary expertise in public policy and subnational governance, economic development, GEDSI, inclusive education, climate resilience, and youth and civic engagement. Our distinctive strength lies in bringing together expert knowledge, youth innovation, and community experiences to inform inclusive development decisions and generate lasting impact.
We work closely with government institutions, development partners, civil society, academia, and communities to bridge the gap between evidence and action, translating research into policy, data into decisions, and local knowledge into practical solutions.
Beyond research and analytics, RDAI invests in capacity building and institutional learning, helping organizations strengthen their knowledge, systems, and ability to use evidence effectively. We also convene and contribute to policy dialogues and development discourse, creating spaces where researchers, policymakers, practitioners, civil society, young people, and communities can exchange knowledge, engage with evidence, and shape more responsive and inclusive development solutions.
