Richa Neupane

Ms. Richa Neupane is a public policy and social development practitioner specializing in education policy, federal governance, gender-sensitive pedagogy, and civic engagement in Nepal.

Ms. Richa is currently working at The Asia Foundation, contributing to policy dialogues, curriculum development for governance initiatives, and stakeholder coordination. Richa is also the Co-Founder of Udeshya Girls in STEM, an initiative that has engaged over 300 students and trained 70+ teachers across low-resource communities.  An Accountability Lab Accountapreneur and UNLEASH Fellow, Richa is a dedicated advocate for inclusive education and evidence-based policy reform. She holds an MS in Public Policy and Management (MPPM) from Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) and a BS in International Studies–Diplomacy (Magna Cum Laude) from Minnesota State University.
