Mr. Sammit Jung Khadka is a development policy researcher and project professional with five years of experience in project administration, data analysis, and evidence-based policy support across governance, economic development, and inclusive growth. 

As a Research Officer at Progress Inc. and Program Consultant at The Asia Foundation, Mr. Sammit managed and delivered complex research and evaluation projects commissioned by international partners, including UN Women, Oxfam, GIZ, Winrock International, and the KUSOM Policy Lab. His expertise spans the full research lifecycle, from mixed-methods study design, field survey execution, and advanced data analysis (using STATA, SPSS, and NVivo) to preparing policy briefs and managing multi-country evaluations across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Pacific.

Mr. Sammit has authored peer-reviewed journal articles, provincial policy briefs, and technical research reports covering LDC graduation trade strategies, industrial development, clean energy adoption, and informal enterprise dynamics. He holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from Kathmandu University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
